The Saudi dairy industry has emerged as a global force, built on a fully integrated, technology-driven production model capable of delivering large-scale output in desert conditions. In the first nine months of 2025 alone, dairy export revenues reached $1.03 billion, while annual export volumes surpassed 860,000 metric tons. The country now ranks as Asia’s leading dairy exporter, with strong penetration across the Middle East and Africa and a dominant 60% share within the GCC, supported by a self-sufficiency rate of 129%.
