This investment will enable Happy Nature to further expand its mission of providing high-quality, ethically sourced milk, dairy, and breakfast essential products to its customers. Vikas Singh, CEO of Happy Nature, says that with this infusion, the company will strategically expand sales through impactful ATL and BTL activations.

The funds raised in this round will be utilized for various purposes, including branding, technology upgrades, processing plant enhancements, and geographical expansion. Happy Nature aims to strengthen its sales, marketing, and branding efforts, accelerate sales growth, and enhance customer engagement initiatives.
