Alert against Unauthorized Use of the Vijaya Telangana Brand

Telangana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation Ltd. (TGDDCF) Alerts Vendors, Distributors, and Consumers against Unauthorized Use of the “Vijaya Telangana”Brand.

Telangana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation Ltd. (TGDDCF) is a cooperative society registered under the Telangana Cooperative Societies Act, 1964, and is actively engaged in the procurement, marketing, and sale of milk and milk products across Telangana and the country. TGDDCF is a Telangana State Government-owned federation committed to ensuring the welfare of farmers and providing high-quality milk and milk products to consumers at affordable prices.

As per AP Re-organization Act 2014, the Andhra Pradesh State was divided into two states i.e., Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State. After bifurcation of the state, two states were operating their activities separately in their respective states. But the “Vijaya Brand” is not divided as on date. Neither of these federations has granted any authorization or selling rights to any district milk unions in Telangana or Andhra Pradesh to sell products under the Vijaya brand.

Unauthorized Use of the “Vijaya” Brand

It has come to our notice that several manufacturing units and milk unions are illegally selling milk and milk products under the “Vijaya” brand by imitating its logo, artwork, and branding elements. This act is not only unlawful but also misleading to consumers.

The Hon’ble City Civil Court has issued an AD-INTERIM INJUNCTION order restraining the following milk unions and manufacturing units from misusing the “Vijaya” trademark and from manufacturing or selling any products that imitate the brand:

1. Kurnool District Mutually Aided Cooperative
2. VNR Dairy Products Pvt. Ltd.
3. Krishna District Milk Producer Mutually Aided Cooperative Union Ltd.
4. Sri Sai Durga Enterprises, AC Guards, Hyderabad
5. Nellore District Mutually Aided Cooperative Milk Producers Union Ltd.
6. All Rich Dairy Pvt. Ltd.
7. NSR Dairy Pvt. Ltd.
8. Vijaya Milk Products, Ann Reddy Nagar
9. Narmul Mother Dairy

As per the court order, the manufacturing, marketing, and sale of Vijaya-branded milk and milk products by the above-mentioned agencies are illegal. Any vendors, distributors, C&F agents, or manufacturers found selling these unauthorized products will face strict legal action as per the court of law

TGDDCF sincerely thanks all consumers, vendors, and distributors who continue to support Vijaya Telangana Milk and Milk Products. The genuine Vijaya brand procures milk directly from Telangana farmers and processes it at its own state-of-the-art plants located in Lalapet, Raviryala, and other districts.

In contrast, the imitating brands neither procure milk from Telangana farmers nor have their own processing units within the state.

We urge all loyal Vijaya Telangana consumers to demand only genuine Vijaya Telangana milk and milk products while making a purchase. By doing so, you support Telangana’s farmers and contribute to the growth of the state’s dairy sector. The Vijaya Telangana Dairy is procuring milk from Telangana farmers only. After receiving the milk from Telangana farmers, we are processing and manufacturing milk and milk products at highly technical and automated Mega Dairy Plant at Raviryal near Shamshabad, Rangareddy District.
