Saputo USA has announced the launch of three new dairy products—cold foam, portion control (PC) creamers, and a mozzarella & smoked gouda cheese blend, as part of its innovation push in the foodservice and hospitality segments, with the products showcased at the 2026 International Pizza Expo.
The new Saputo cold foam is designed to elevate beverage applications and is available in three flavors—French Vanilla, Sweet Cream, and Caramel Macchiato, offering a ready-to-use format that eliminates the need for bulky equipment while delivering a creamy, airy texture made from real dairy.
Saputo also introduced portion control (PC) creamers, aimed at foodservice, hospitality, healthcare, and office channels, featuring single-serve, mess-free packaging with no refrigeration required and a shelf life of up to nine months, available in four variants—Half & Half, Hazelnut, French Vanilla, and Original.
In the cheese segment, the company launched a mozzarella and smoked gouda blend, targeting culinary professionals with a product offering consistent creaminess, stretch, and a rich smoky flavor, suitable for applications such as pizzas, paninis, pasta, and sauces.
The launch reflects Saputo USA’s strategy to expand its value-added and foodservice-focused portfolio, leveraging innovation and convenience-driven formats to meet evolving customer needs across beverage and culinary applications.
