The FOODAKAI Global Food Fraud Index for Q1 2025 has identified a concerning uptick in dairy-related fraud incidents, signaling potential challenges ahead for the dairy industry. Cereals and bakery products experienced a 23% increase, driven by mislabeling, illegal additives, and pesticide-related compliance failures.
