Heritage Foods has expanded its product portfolio by adding four products. Covid times saw an upsurge in consumption of protein rich foods like cheese as well as cream and butter. The demand of these products in retail consumer segment is showing a higher growth rate.

Heritage foods launched Mozzarella and processed cheese in the protein rich food category. The dairy will be using cow milk for making cheese. Heritage cream has 25 % fat. Cool cafe powder is a blend of finest coffee with fresh ness of milk.

A large number of companies have expanded their portfolios in cheese segment post Covid. Consumption of food in hotels and restaurants has not yet reached the pre Covid levels.
